Management Team

Bob Bridge, Ph.D., President, and CEO

Bob has been in management, marketing and engineering roles at semiconductor and system companies for 30 years, including serving as founding CEO at three technology companies. Bob has also served as an entrepreneur in residence at Austin Ventures, vice president of marketing at Agere (the network processor startup) and vice president and general manager for communications ICs at Crystal Semiconductor/Cirrus Logic. Additionally, Bob has held engineering and management positions at Motorola, AT&T corporate headquarters and AT&T Bell Labs. Bob holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.


Lenore McMackin, Ph.D., CTO

Lenore has 19 years of experience in leading technical innovation at optical start-up companies and federal research labs. Past roles include Vice President of Engineering at nLine, Principle Scientist at  Keyote, Senior Optical Scientist at Zebra Imaging, and researcher at the Air Force Research Lab at Kirtland AFB. Lenore holds a Ph.D. degree in Optics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Bill Chatterjee, Vice President of Operations

Bill has worked in start-up companies for the last 25 years, taking them from initial stage through profitability, including multiple M&A events.  Bill is an experienced supply chain manager and has a strong background in manufacturing, which includes outsourced domestic and international assembly services, quality system implementation, and, product and test engineering. Bob and Bill previously worked together at Zilker Labs, where they had the same titles that they now hold at InView.  Bill has a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and MBA from University of Southern California.


Kevin Kelly, Ph.D., Chief Scientist

Kevin is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a member of the Smalley Institute for Nanoscale Science and Technology at Rice University. He has been researching electronic materials and device physics for many years, specializing in instrumentation for nanoscale metrology. Recently, he has made many fundamental contributions in the hardware implementation of Compressive Sensing, including co-inventing the Rice Single-Pixel Camera with Richard Baraniuk. Kevin holds a Ph.D. and Master of Science in Applied Physics from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines. Prior to his professorship at Rice, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan and the Pennsylvania State University
